Got an extensive review from my broken regarding the apartment before I made an offer, also got an input of similar houses sold recently in the area which helped me make up my own offer. Broker also advised for notary and other services.

Korte lijntjes betreft communicatie, dat is heel fijn! Jong team die werkt volgens de tijd van nu (de communicatie verloopt grotendeels via whatsapp). Ze zijn transparant over hun werkwijze, alles werd voor ons netjes geregeld, alle bezichtigingen werden voor ons gedaan, onderhandelingen etc. Ons huis was binnen no-time verkocht!
