We contacted Zaadnoordijk Makelaars to request a property valuation, clearly informing them from the outset of the time constraints we were under to complete our mortgage application. They required full payment upfront, and the appraiser showed up on the scheduled date. The visit lasted no more than five minutes. During the appointment, we provided all relevant information, including key details from the purchase agreement. Since then, communication has been virtually nonexistent. We have sent daily emails—none of which have received a response. We've also called every day to ask for an update on the report. At first, we were told certain information was missing—information that was never requested or had already been shared. Each time, we were told the report would be ready “today or tomorrow,” but these promises have proven to be nothing more than stalling tactics. They consistently avoid giving any clear or truthful update, making it obvious they are buying time instead of fulfilling their commitment. We were told the report would be delivered within a week. It has now been over ten days, and not only have we not received it, but we still have no idea where things stand. According to the contract we signed, the report was due within 7 working days—this deadline has come and gone. Whenever we call, we’re told someone will look into it and get back to us. That follow-up never happens. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable—especially when dealing with something as time-sensitive and critical as a valuation report for a mortgage. I would strongly urge others to reconsider before using their services.

De makelaar was zakelijk, taxeerde snel en nauwkeurig. We hebben de indruk dat deze makelaar goed op de hoogte is van wat er op de markt speelt. Wat ook plezierig was was dat hij met name de markt in uitgeest goed kent.

Bas beloofd veel maar, komt zijn beloftes niet na. Voicemail berichten worden niet beluisterd. Bas reageert niet op terugbelverzoek. Whatsapp leest hij wel maar, je krijgt geen antwoord. Je moet bij Bas vooruit betalen anders zet hij geen stap verder. Opname taxatie duurt bij Bas max 7 min en daarna Lees meer…

Bas heeft het altijd heel druk waardoor jij na betaling niet meer interessant bent. Dit is mijn ervaring met Bas!
