Pelle was an amazing partner to have for our house buying adventure. He is full of enthusiasm, humour, and energy. Most importantly he is knowledgable about the landscape of Amsterdam housing and was completely honest with us. He always advised us with a mindset of getting the best outcome for us. As first time home buyers he took the time to explain the whole process. Making sure we were totally informed for each step. He was willing to work as long as it took, though with him we found our home in only a few months of searching. When we found a place we wanted to see, he either met us at the viewing or went on his own time. He finds it important that he goes to the place himself so he has a real sense of home and the area. (The pictures hardly tell the whole story) Every bidding process he gave us his honest opinion and walked us through our strategy. We had to just tell him our number and he did the rest. He also helped out with finding us the right taxateur. Buying a house, especially in Amsterdam, isn’t easy but with Pelle’s experience and help it is certainly a lot better than going at it alone. We highly recommend working with him.
