Very smart guy, explained everything about the house, neighborhood, was open about our questions, very nice experience.

Roy Geerts heeft nog geen reactie gegeven op de door ons gestelde vragen van het huis. Achteraf hoorden we dat er meer issues zijn van de woning die ons bij de bezichtiging niet zijn verteld.

He was already waiting for me at the property and welcomed me while I was still outside parking my bike, before inviting me in.During the viewing, he gave me an explanation of the renovations that had been done to the house, while also being transparent about things that might need attention or updating in the future. He answered all of my questions in detail, including the ceiling heights on the different levels, nearby supermarkets (even opened Google maps to show me the options), the neighbourhood and how suitable it might be for a family with two small children. He also gave me some background on the previous owners and their reason for moving. We discussed the flooring, garage, bike storage, asking price and many other aspects of the property, I am probably even forgetting a few things. In conclusion, I was very satisfied.
