I’ve asked about the renovation/investment plans of the vve during the view but the agent avoided to give information about it. In the official documents that I asked, I saw that there is a big change planned and starting from January the monthly vve payment will be 2.5 times of what it is right now. I wish I was informed sufficiently during the view. Also, the agent didn’t have the key of the storage room, so I couldn’t see there. That was also a pity. I had quick replies to my emails, that was good.

I have got answers to all the questions I had. Savanna, planned everything perfectly so I had not to cross with a lot of other viewers, and still was able to look through the house and talk to her from a safe distance(in terms of COVID-19 safety)
