For what I saw, Pelle's greatest strength is his deep knowledge of the market and his good sense of pricing. Indeed, he saved me a lot of time by focusing on properties that were suitable for my pockets and were at the same time appealing for me. Thanks to his quick pace of response and availability, he got to know rather quickly my priorities and eventually we spotted a few deals that perfectly matched my needs. At the same time, he is very direct and transparent and he also underlines (to the best of his knowledge) the potential risks and downsides of the properties under assessment.
