Pelle is een ontzettend competente makelaar. Hij is enthousiast, super goed bereikbaar (telefonisch/Whatsapp/mail), eerlijk en betrouwbaar. Hij heeft mij meegenomen in het gedachteproces omtrent prijsstelling, stond open voor mijn input, maar was ook realistisch. Hij heeft meegedacht met de aankleding (welke klusjes waren handig om nog te doen) en geholpen bij het aanhaken van een interieur stylist. Hij was ontzettend betrokken en moest meer dan 30 bezichtigingen managen in een week. Zonder enig issue heeft hij dit gefixt. Tijdens de 'closing hours' was hij ethisch verantwoord, snel en flexibel. Bij de overdracht stond hij zijn mannetje toen de koper met onredelijke eisen kwam en wist hij standpunten sterk te beargumenteren. Uiteindelijk ben ik erg blij met de transactieprijs, en daar heeft Pelle echt aan bijgedragen.

As a foreigner buying house in Amsterdam, Jori helped us so much including but not limiting to explaining every important steps for us before bidding, guaranteeing no issues before notary, always in-time communication even if it is not working hours, really fast reactions to the issues we had in mortgage, always keeping you up to date on the process, etc. There are just so many things during the two month.
