When me and my partner finally decided to buy an apartment, little did we know about the market, what to do and who to call for help. When I found my way to "trustoo.com" and made my selection of makelaars of interest in my region, it did not take long before Jacco van Brecht from Metropol Makelaardij called me up and offered his services. I felt from the very first moment that Jacco is a genuine, carrying and helpful person, not that typical sales man that wants to push stuff on you just to sell something. I / We couldn't be happier with that decision of hiring Jacco as advisor. He helped us in such a nice and smooth way, that everything went fast and uncomplicated. Jacco even suggested a Mortgage advisor, which he uses to work with, which we also teamed up with and made to procedure even easier. All questions were answered and all paper work was done for us, we basically just needed to read, sign and send back. Also worth to mention is that we hired Jacco when we visited our second apartment (we did not have any advisors at all when we visited the first apartment), which we wanted and thanks to his skills and help also got. No long search nor overbidding. I absolutely recommend Jacco van Brecht from Metropol Makelaardij as your advisor for a good, skillful service. I would call him again if I need an advisor.
