Jacco is erg duidelijk en weet goed waar hij het over heeft. Tijdens bezichtigingen is hij ruim op tijd en technisch erg goed, verder zit hij goed in de markt en weet wat realistisch is met je budget. Zo voorkom je dat je in de verkeerde categorieën zoekt of dat je makelaar je een onrealistisch beeld aanpraat. Verder viel het me op dat hij ook graag bijleert en op de hoogte blijft van wat mogelijk is.
