Lenneke is een harde werker, luistert goed naar de wensen van de verkoper en draagt dat prima uit naar de koper. Voor wat onze kopers betreft: deze geven Lenneke een 10. Ze hebben 20 huizen bezocht; daardoor met meerdere makelaars te maken gehad en een goede vergelijking kunnen maken. Dit kunnen wij niet, daar wij meteen na het kennismakingsgesprek gekozen hebben voor Lenneke omdat ze vriendelijk, maar ter zake kundig overkwam. Kortom: een aanrader.

To whomsoever it may concern, We took the services of HENDRIKS MAKELLARDIJ in buying our new house in Eindhoven. We are simply amazed by the way all the team worked and got the house in all respects as we expected. All the members of the team-right from the initial Instructor, the Real Estate Agent, The Financial Advisor - everyone was so proactive and so welcoming. There were some situations where we took the chances for granted in the process of negotiating the price of the house but the agents were very much alert and keen to grab all the chances. We were really surprised by their activeness and commitment towards their work. We now got our house happily without any regrets as we got in the condition what we want and for the price range we estiamted for. I say that this is the best agent because we heard from some of our friends that they did not get as much information as we got from HENDRIKS. Some things like getting mortgage sanctioned and getting the selling price down are really easy with this Agency as I have seen that they are well experienced and professional in many aspects. Yes!. I 100% recommend HENDRIKS agency if anyone asks me for buying a house. We been to HENDRIKS - Aalsterweg 9, Eindhoven.
