was absolutely a terrible experience. Our makelaar was Marieke Van den Bos for both buy and sell an house in Haarlem. First, they were unable to sell the house in Haarlem centrum despite lowing the price, which is incredibile considering the actual market..Thankfully, we contacted another agency which in less then 2 weeks was able to sell it without problems Second, they were completely unhelpful during all the process of buy the house, they got paid 4000 Eur for literally doing nothing and not even checking the basic things. They suggested a company for technical inspection which hasn’t check properly. Because of that, we are now facing a lot of problems and spending a lot of money. When we reached them out again asking their help, they were completely useless again confirming their incompetency

Marieke is een onzettend aardige vrouw en we hebben een goed gesprek gehad. Ze had snel in de gaten dat dit niet ons huis was maar nam nog de tijd voor ons. Momenteel kopen we zonder aankoopsmakelaar, maar mocht dit in de toekomst veranderen dan houden we Marieke in ons achterhoofd.
