**Fantastic experience with Xandra and Sandra – highly recommend!** We had a wonderful experience working with Xandra Wallberg and Sandra Honsbeek at Vivo Aankoopmakelaars Leiden. From our very first interaction, they were incredibly responsive and helpful, jumping in immediately when we reached out about a property with a competitive bidding process and a very tight turnaround. Ultimately, Xandra helped us find an even better fit in a neighborhood that hadn't originally been on our radar, but that we absolutely fell in love with. Even more impressively, she helped us find and purchase our home in just a couple of months, when we'd expected the process to take six months or longer! Xandra is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. She walked us through every property in detail, pointed out things we never would have considered ourselves, and made sure we felt informed and confident throughout the process. She even made herself available for late-night calls when we were preparing bids and still had questions. Sandra was equally wonderful, managing all the coordination and paperwork seamlessly and making the entire process feel remarkably smooth. Both Xandra and Sandra have also continued to be incredibly helpful after the purchase, answering follow-up questions and offering recommendations whenever we've needed them. We really couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us through buying our home - especially as expats relatively new to the Netherlands. We're so grateful to them both and can't recommend them highly enough!
