Wij zijn een allround makelaarskantoor met een persoonlijke benadering naar u als klant, en wellicht net zo belangrijk hanteren wij deze persoonlijke benadering ook naar de potentiele koper. Bij ons kunt u terecht voor zowel online-makelaarsdiensten als full-service-makelaarsdiensten in de regio groot Rotterdam.
DIRECT VERKOPEN
Heeft u betalingsachterstand bij uw hypotheekbank, is de woning uit een erfenis nog niet verkocht en moet u wel al afrekenen met de belastingdienst, of wilt u gewoon snel zaken doen?
Wij maken het mogelijk. Door ons uitgebreide netwerk van particuliere beleggers en beleggingsmaatschappijen kunnen wij snel een concreet bod doen. Het bod is zonder voorbehoud van financiering en de eigendomsoverdracht kan binnen 2 weken plaats vinden.
EN WONING KOPEN

Roelof did a fantastic job as my agent. I was quite stressed about the house buying process because it was my first time buying a house and the Netherlands is also a new country to me. From the beginning, Roelof was patient with all my questions(and I had a lot) and always answered my messages and phone calls and cleared all my doubts. He has a wealth of knowledge into the real estate scene here in the Netherlands and clearly is excellent at what he does. I got my keys today to my first home and am excited for my next stage of life.
