De makelaar/taxateur heeft duidelijk veel kennis van zaken en ervaring en weet waar hij over praat. Prettig in de omgang, no-nonsense en transparant in zijn communicatie. Afspraken worden gewoon nagekomen en alles verloopt zoals afgesproken. Kortom, deskundig, betrouwbaar en ook nog eens zeer vriendelijk. Absoluut een aanrader!

We really enjoyed working with Sander during the purchase of our home. During viewings he was thorough and perceptive, always taking the time to point out potential issues with the house or neighborhood. Market pricing turned out to be tricky to judge, and he was quick to flag whenever he felt we risked overpaying. Still, we lost out to competing offers on a few houses and it took a while before we bought one, but that's not something we hold against Sander. All in all, a knowledgeable and pleasant agent who we would recommend without hesitation.

We had extremely specific search criteria and this was clearly taken into account. More expensive than other agents but served our requirements exceptionally well, so the extra cost was justified. We were in no immediate rush to buy therefore the agent wasn't "actively looking" for suitable properties on our behalf (we performed all the searching), though we are in no doubt that this service would be available if required. As soon as we found properties we wished to view, the agent took immediate action. Gave clear and knowledgable advice during viewings, and highlighted any red-flags. We never felt pressured into make offers on any property that wasn't 100% right for us. And when it was time to make an offer we felt incredibly confident in the advice given and that the agent was fully focused on securing the property on our behalf. With constant communications throughout the negotiations, we never felt left in the dark.
