On top of that, he understood the real estate market which allowed me to establish and evaluate the price of a listed property and assisted us in making the right decisions. Mijn ervaringen met Roelof Smedema zijn bijzonder positief. Zijn adviezen bij het in de markt zetten van mijn woning heb ik opgevolgd hetgeen resulteerde in een buitengewone overbieding op de vraagprijs. En daarbij in 3 weken verkocht!!!

Roelof is een echte aanpakker. Na het zien van ons droomhuis hebben we hem gebeld en is hij gelijk in actie gekomen. Hij is flexibel, heeft kennis van zaken, en is bekend in de “makelaarswereld”. We hebben op zondag nog met hem gebeld om ons bod af te stemmen en op maandag hoorden we dat het ron Lees meer…
